Bar C's Opposite of Earl cocktail

An Earl Grey cocktail that's full of orange flavours

It's boozy, a touch tannic and bursting with orange notes, this easy sipping cocktail from Calgary's Bar C is the grown up version of iced tea that you'll want to make on any night to help you relax at home. 

1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
1 1/2 oz. Makers Mark
2 oz. Earl Grey tea
1/2 oz. ginger simple syrup, (a mixture with equal parts sugar and water with ginger, boiled until sugar dissolves)
2 dashes orange bitters
cotton candy, to garnish

Shake ingredients hard with ice, then strain into stemless wine glass over 3 medium ice cubes. Add orange bitters.

Top with ball of lemon cotton candy on wooden skewer.
