Bittered Sling Charentes-Chanson

This brandy cocktail is an ode to Charentes, the South Western part of France which produces the greatest brandies in the world, and it'll warm you right up on cold winter days.

1 1⁄2 oz. Courvoisier VS cognac
1/2 oz. Okanagan Spirits Framboise Eau-de-Vie
3/4 oz. Averna Sicilian Amaro
1/2 oz. Echt Stonsdorfer herbal fruit liqueur (spiced liqueur)
2 dashes Bittered Sling Malagasy Chocolate Bitters

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice and stir until well chilled and diluted, about 15 to 20 seconds.

Using a julep strainer, serve neat in a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
