Food trucks aren't just for fast foods. Zach Berman and Ryan Slater have proven that you can make healthy diet decisions, conveniently, on the go with The Juice Truck, which launched back in 2011.

Now, with a café, numerous collaborations with different brands and multiple partnerships with retailers, the pair are launching a new cookbook that will help you create popular and healthy juices at home. The Juice Truck: A Guide to Juicing, Smoothies, Cleanses and Living a Plant-Based Lifestyle, published by Appetite by Random House, is filled with tips and recipes for nut milks, smoothies, juices and hot drinks that promote good health.

Look for this sweet and spicy turmeric tonic recipes in the book. You can add in some coconut cream to dull the heat a bit.
