Saskatoon's small-batch distiller, LB Distillers, is really killin' it with its spirits and liqueurs. This cocktail uses its products that feature Saskatchewan's specialties — sea buckthorn berries and Saskatoon berries — to put a twist on a Vodka Sunrise.
Saskatchewan Sunrise
1 oz. LB Distillers Lucky Bastard Vodka
3/4 oz. LB Distillers Saskatoon Berry Liqueur
1/2 oz. LB Distillers Seabuckthorn Liqueur
3 oz. orange juice
1 can Sprite
Build the first 4 ingredients in a highball cocktail glass over ice.
Top with sprite and serve.
