Breakfast

When time doesn’t allow me to have a proper breakfast, I’ll grab an English breakfast tea and a breakfast cookie from Full Stop. The cookie is made of good healthy stuff and keeps me going all morning. They’ve become famous for their Americano’s too.

Lunch

All the foods prepared at The Beet are from local farmers and all organic. Every item on the menu is yummy, so itss always hard to pick what I’m going to have. When I need to get some great fuel for my body, I opt for the harvest salad. It’s filled with lots of fresh veggies, avocado and quinoa.

Dinner

The atmosphere and service [here] is just what I need at the end of a busy day. All the foods prepared at The Passenger are organic and local, so it’s all fresh and full of flavour. I like sharing meals, so I’ll often go for choices like the mozzarella di buffala or the charcuterie board. The menu changes often depending what’s in season, so I always get to try new mains and stretch my comfort zone a bit.

Drinks

[Being] close to my studio makes Shamone a go-to for me after a long, busy week. The decor is artfully put together and the mood is modern. With your drinks, enjoy trays that are laid out with fresh cheeses, meats, veggies and fruits free to munch, to tie you over until dinner... but usually another drink!
