One of our favourite aspects about watching Top Chef Canada is getting to watch where the competitors' culinary journey takes them after their time on the show.

The past two seasons in particular have produced some of the most talented chefs in recent memory, so we were beyond excited when we found out that Season 9 chefs Billy Nguyen and Andrea Alridge will soon be reuniting for another Westcoast Collabs dinner along with Season X runner-up Dez Lo

The dinner is taking place on December 5 at Vancouver’s Nancy Go Yaya Eating House and the talented trio will be preparing a nine-course tasting menu aimed at showcasing influences from all three chefs’ backgrounds.

The menu can be viewed in full on chef Nguyen’s Instagram account (embedded below), but some of the dishes we’re looking most forward to include the pork and fermented bok choy dumpling with sake cream and red caviar, the crispy pork belly with cabbage and chicharron, and the milk tea bread pudding with White Rabbit candy creme anglaise.

There will be two seatings for the Westcoast Collabs dinner at 5:30 p.m. and 8:15 p.m. Tickets will be available to purchase online beginning on Friday, November 18 at 10 a.m. (PST).
