1 1/2 oz. sesame oil washed tequila
3/4 oz. medium dry sherry
3/4 oz. Yoshi No Gawa dry sake
1 barspoon agave nectar
1 dash lime bitters
1 strip lime zest, for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail tin and stir.
Serve on the rocks in an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with a lime twist.
