With a multi-decade career, most of it in the limelight, the Vancouver Golf Club is likely elated to have chef Rob Feenie come on board.

It was just announced that Feenie has officially joined the team as the club's culinary director and chef-in-residence. His first menu is set to debut in late April.

After leaving his director role at Cactus Club a handful of years ago, there was word that the chef would be opening his own restaurant some time in 2023. While that remains to be seen, Rob Feenie did take up residency at the Wedgewood Hotel's Bacchus Restaurant this winter.

“Brad is an incredible leader, and we are lucky to have him back on our coast at Vancouver Golf Club,” said Feenie in today's announcement. “When he first spoke with me about developing the food program for the Club, I was intrigued. I’m an avid golfer, and it is not everyday you get to create a whole new identity from the ground-up, which is exactly what we are doing. I look forward to working with the whole team and taste testing a variety of dishes.”

The Vancouver Golf Club says it will reveal more about its new culinary program and team in mid-April.
