Dan Clapson is the The Globe and Mail restaurant critic for the Canadian Prairies and has contributed to many publications including Out Magazine, Eater, Air Canada enRoute, Xtra and more. He is also a regular guest expert on radio and tv shows like Global News and CTV Morning Live. His first cookbook is set to be released in late 2023 by Appetite by Random House. When Clapson is not writing, eating or traveling across Canada, he’s probably relaxing at a pub in Calgary with some friends.
