To help you practice restraint, Christopher Cho, bar manager of Ayden Kitchen & Bar, and former bar manager of Charcut, shows you how to update — while keeping the essence of — the classic Old-Fashioned with the Re-Fashioned, made with Bulleit Bourbon (for its spicy and smoky notes), orange blossom water and brandied cherries.
