The bartenders at Civil Liberties, where there are no cocktail menus, came up with this martini when tasked with coming up with a cocktail for Mike Myers.
1 ½ oz. gin
3/4 oz. Cocchi Rosa
1/2 oz. Aylesbury Duck Vodka
lemon zest shavings
edible flowers, for garnish
Shake ingredients together with ice and pour into glass. Garnish with flowers.
