Running two of Saskatoon's top restaurants, The Hollows and Primal, is certainly no easy task, but chef Christie Peters and her husband Kyle Michael work in tandem with their loyal, passionate staff to pull things off seamlessly. Peters sat down with us to share some insights on her approach to Prairie-focused cooking and all of the initiatives her and Michael take at their two eateries to make sure they are still able to serve Saskatchewan-grown ingredients even in the dead of winter.
