Since the 1980s, Earls has been a household name in the restaurant world. With over three decades of operations and menu evolution, it's no surprise that the Vancouver-based restaurant chain has built up a sizable share of famous dishes that regulars have come to love. Earlier this year, the company published Earls The Cookbook. The book highlights 110 recipes for its most popular menu items over the years, like the fried calamari or the mocha Kahlua pie. If you haven't picked it up yet, the book is definitely a trip down memory lane.
To be entered to win Earls The Cookbook and cooking lesson dinner for two at an Earls test kitchen location in either Edmonton, Calgary or Vancouver, tell us in the space below which two famous Earls dishes are featured on the front cover of the cookbook.
