2021 was an especially amazing year for Canadian-authored cookbooks and Appetite by Random House has been releasing some of the very best. Sheet Pan Everything, Eat With Us, A Rising Tide, Jam Bake, and Eat, Habibi, Eat! are just a handful of the fantastic works they've released over the past twelve months.

We always love reading through a new cookbook to get inspiration in our own kitchen and we're hoping you feel the same.
