Watch: Proud to be Prairie - The Prairie Grid Dinner Series documentary
Our Prairie Grid Dinner Series mini-doc is back "home" and free to watch in its entirety
After premiering at Devour! The Food Film Fest in October, 2018, the culinary documentary Proud to be Prairie is now available for all to watch.
This ten-minute mini-doc features chefs Adam Donnelly (chef-owner of Segovia, Winnipeg), Lindsay Porter (chef-owner of London Local, Edmonton), Pamela Kirkpatrick (general manager of Forth, Winnipeg), Christie Peters (chef-owner of The Hollows, Saskatoon) and Jamie Harling (formerly of Deane House, Calgary) as well as Twyla Campbell (CBC Radio food critic, Edmonton) and Dan Clapson (The Globe and Mail food critic, Calgary) during the inaugural Prairie Grid Dinner Series that took place in the early fall of 2017.
Watch this documentary created by Toronto-based filmmaker JR Reid to get a glimpse of what Prairie Grid is all about and why it means so much to us, and we hope you'll become as excited and intrigued about the Canadian Prairies as we are.
