Winnipeg's Jenn McCurry, owner of Pepō Ceramics, creates an array of custom plateware for Canadian restaurants as well as our annual Prairie Grid Dinner Series. Here, McCurry describes how she took inspiration from the Prairie skies to create some beautiful serving vessels for our pop-up dinner last fall.
