December 15th: Cook with Saskatchewan's unique export and Mairlyn Smith's cookbook

Three Farmers Camelina Oil

The Canadian Prairies is home to many amazing products. We are truly the "bread basket" of the world, with grains and pulses being shipped all over the world to be made into breads, pastas, noodles and more. You'll find Saskatchewan-grown lentils at markets in Morocco, mustard seeds turned into Dijon in France, and the list goes on. Camelina oil is a newer export of the Prairies, but one that's growing exponentially. If you've never tried the line-up of fresh-tasting oils from Three Farmers, then you're missing out. Let's change that!

To further sweeten the deal, we're throwing in an autographed copy of Mairlyn Smith's new cookbook Homegrown, which sings the praises of Canadian ingredients and the importance of cooking seasonally. Couldn't be more fitting, could it?

To win a delicious Three Farmers prize pack of oils and roasted chickpea snacks, as well as you copy of Homegrown, tell us:

Who are the three farmers that the company is named after?
