Tis the season for comfort food and some warming boozy cocktails, and in Vancouver, insiders know to head to The Cascade Room for both.

We want to share that experience with you, and make sure you can bring home some trusty cocktail crafting skills. So for today's prize, we're sending your party of six to The Cascade Room, where your group will receive a cocktail of your choice, along with canapes from chef Tim Evans. Each guest will then be invited to come behind the bar with bar manager Yonah Sweetapple and general manager Justin Taylor for a step-by-step walk through of how to make the very cocktail they selected from the special menu. Samples of each drink will be provided so that everyone has a chance to try all six of the hand-made cocktails. Each guest will also receive take-home recipe cards designed by Sweetapple and Taylor, so they can make any and/or all of the drinks at home.
