Our first Appetite by Random House cookbook giveaway was such a hit, we figured we had better do another one!

When it comes to Canadian-authored cookbooks in 2021, the publishing house has legitimately put out some of—if not most of—the best titles. Acorn, Conveniently Delicious, My New Table, Mary Berg's Well Seasoned and Cook More, Waste Less are but a handful of the popular books that have been released this year.

We always love reading through a new cookbook to get inspiration in our own kitchen and we're hoping you feel the same.
