During Negroni Week, happening June 24-30, restaurants across the country are celebrating with signature drinks and raising money for charity. Vancouver's Boulevard Kitchen and Bar will be offering three negronis, including this Orchid negroni, made with ume plum wine, which adds a hint of sweetness over the classic Negroni recipe.

The Orchid negroni and classic negroni will be available for one week only, with a portion of the proceeds going to C.O.R.E. (Children of Restaurant Employees) to help families going through extreme and financially devastating circumstances like injury, medical conditions and death.

1 oz. Sipsmith London Dry gin
3/4 oz. Ume Plum Wine
3/4 oz. Aperol
1/4 oz. Campari
1 dash Bittered Sling Grapefruit Hops bitters

Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice, then stir.

Strain into a double rocks glass over cubed ice.

Garnish with an edible flower.
