Though the West Coast is well known for its culinary style, it's not the only area in Canada that has incredible seafood. All the way on the other side of the country, the Maritimes has an amazing bounty from the ocean. This cocktail from Walter's Craft Caesar Mix makes use of local lobsters and vodka for a taste of the Atlantic.
The Maritime Caesar
1 oz. vodka (local distillery)
4 oz. Walter Craft Caesar Mix — Classic Spice
1 oz. lobster broth (or clam nectar)
1 pinch old bay
1 squeeze lemon
Fill glass full with ice, add vodka, Walter Craft Caesar Mix, remaining ingredients, and stir gently.
Garnish with seasonal Atlantic seafood and fresh lemon.
