Romantic dinners don't have to be had in French or Italian restaurants with white tablecloths. This Valentine's Day, Vancouver's Nuba restaurant is serving healthy Lebanese cuisine with a side of romance with this Kiss From a Rose cocktail. It celebrates the Mediterranean Sea and one of its most popular flavours--rose--along with other key flavours of Lebanon with Grand Marnier, lemon and Ms. Betters bitters. The vegan bitters give this libation the foamy top that makes for the perfect base for rose petals.

1 oz. Finlandia vodka
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
1/2 oz. rose syrup
3/4 oz. lemon juice
1 dash Ms. Betters Miraculous Foamer, for garnish
dried rose petals, for garnish

Combine all ingredients in a shaker

Dry shake for 5 to 10 seconds, then add ice and wet shake.

Strain and pour into coupe glass.

Garnish with dried rose petals.
