1 oz. Junmai sake
1 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1 oz. grapefruit juice
1 splash grenadine
prosecco, to top
Add the first four ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake and pour into a rocks glass. Top with prosecco.
