Few things go w/ brunch better than mimosa, unless it's the Sunday Hip Hop Brunch from Krafty Kitchen and Bar. In that case, you'll need to swap that usual mimosa or bellini for The Dogfather cocktail, made with orange bitters, Aperol, vodka and sparkling wine.
1 ½ oz. Aperol
1/2 oz. vodka
2 dashes orange bitters
4 oz. chllled cava
Pour the first 3 ingredients into chilled coupe. Fill coupe glass with ice and top with chilled cava.
Garnish with dried lemon and serve.
