Located right on Calgary's busy 17 Ave, Bar C Restaurant and Lounge is the perfect place to grab a drink before heading down to the grounds for Calgary Stampede. This year, Bar C has teamed up with Alberta's local distillery, Eau Claire Distillery, to create this Stampede-inspired cocktail using its signature gin. Try it out!
1 ½ oz. Eau Clair Distillery Parlour Gin
1/4 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1/4 oz. Cocchi Americano
1/4 oz. raspberry rosehip shrub
1/4 oz. grapefruit-cardamom shrub
4 to 6 oz. tonic water
gooseberry, for garnish
In a shaker filled with ice, shake all ingredients, except tonic and garnish, together. Strain into a rocks glass with a big ice cube.
Top with tonic water. Garnish with gooseberry.
