Once a year, it's nice to feel like a kid again and dress up as whoever you want to be. To complement the occasion, make this When I Grow Up cocktail. This interpretation of the Sazerac uses Odd Society aged vodka and unaged whiskey for a complex flavour combination.
1 oz. Odd Society Spirits Mongrel unaged spirit
1 oz. Odd Society Spirits aged vodka
1/4 oz. simple syrup
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
3 drops Spitfire orange bitters
1 wide strip lemon peel
Stir ingredients well with 3 to 4 cubes of ice in a mixing glass.
Strain into a coup glass.
Snap lemon swath over the drink, rim glass with it and drop it in.
