Nuba, founded in Vancouver in 2003, was created to spread the pure joy of a Lebanese grandmother's cooking to everyone. Founder of Nuba, Victor Bouzide, was inspired to make this cocktail, thanks to his favourite summer activity, perusing farms and markets for the best produce. Seeing the freshest in season blueberries made him want to celebrate its season in its fullest by creating his own cocktail.
Intermission is a twist on a Penicillin with a blueberry infusion. This drink is a perfect pairing for a nice evening with some blues in the background.

1 handful B.C. blueberries

1/2 oz. fresh squeezed ginger juice
