Garrett Martin

Garrett Martin is a Culinary Director for the Concorde Group in Calgary. He has his hands in many of the company’s venues and will be at the helm of their newest concept, Major Tom, opening this fall on Stephen Avenue. He also runs “Crunchy Mister’s”, a recurring pop-up that sends proceeds to the Alberta Cancer Foundation.
