Cognac cocktail: St. Helena

An elegant cocktail with a touch of sweetness and a hint of aromatic cardamom pairs well with any mood

1 1/2 oz. Remy Martin VSOP
1/2 oz. Tio Pepé fino sherry
1/2 oz. Vya dry vermouth
1/4 oz. Gewurztraminer simple syrup
1 dash Scrapies cardamom bitters

Combine all ingredients in a stirring glass with ice, and stir until you reach desired dilution. Strain into a fancy cocktail glass. 

Garnish:

Squeeze the orange peel to release the oils over top.
