After a brief trial run this past summer that sold out in just three minutes, food writer and TV personality Pay Chen recently announced the full-fledged launch of a cool new condiment inspired by some of her favourite memories of hot pot.
Created in collaboration with Zing, the new Sacha-ish (formerly Project Lava) is a savoury chili condiment (reminiscent of shāchá jiàng) that features a combination of earthy, salty-sweet, and umami flavours designed to add depth and deliciousness to just about any food item.
Chen and Zing’s new Sacha-ish is currently available to purchase at most major retail locations in the GTA and select stores across the country.
