Whist'er Cornucopia is back for its 29th year, serving up another round of unforgettable sips, bites, and parties.
The annual food and wine festival kicked off yesterday and goes until Nov. 16. From cellar tastings to cocktail soirées, and even silent discos, there is a lot to wade through when you're deciding what to attend.
After years of experiencing different aspects of what we would consider to be one of Canada's most dynamic food and wine festivals, here’s six events that show the depth and breadth of Whistler Cornucopia 2025.
Cellar Door – November 7
This isn't your typical "wine festival" kind of event. One of Cornucopia's longest-standing events, Cellar Door, see quality bottles valued at $35 and up up for the sampling from over 25 top wineries.
Think of it as your backstage pass to the good stuff...but remember to pace yourself!
CRUSH Grand Tasting – November 8
Cornucopia’s iconic signature event brings together the best of the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Expect plenty of top-notch wines, tasty, bite-sized creations from local chefs, and a lively crowd.
Is that Chelsea Handler you spot across the room? It just might be!
The Art of the Cocktail – November 14
Part art show, part cocktail lab, this night at the Audain Art Museum blends creativity and craft. Co-hosted by Copperpenny Distilling and acclaimed Whistler cocktail hot spot The Raven Room, this is your chance to sip something inspired while surrounded by actual masterpieces.
Signature Event: Night Market – Taste of Canada – November 14
This year’s marquee food event goes full-on maple leaf, celebrating Canadian flavours from coast to coast. Expect regional dishes, Canadian wines and brews, and an incredible lineup of chefs, including several Indigenous talents such as Jenni Lessard and Paul Natrall who will deliciously blend together centuries of tradition with contemporary technique.
Straight Up: Shaken, Not Stirred – November 15
Back for round two, this Casino Royale–themed party mixes up spirits, RTDs, and craft brews with live music and casino tables. Bring your best Bond energy because the cocktails are going to be stylish, and you (and the rest of the crowd)) should be too!
Lorette Brasserie: La Fête du Brunch – November 16
End the festival on a delicious note with this indulgent brunch featuring shared starters, refined mains, and cocktails that make getting up early totally worth it.
