All England Club gin cocktail

The gin cocktail won the regional final for the Global Beefeater MIXLDN Bartender Competition

The modern Asian cuisine at Torafuku in Vancouver has garnered solid reviews since it opened. Now, the restaurant can add award-winning cocktails to its list of accolades. Bar Manager Max Borrowman’s “The All England Club” cocktail recently secured a win for Torafuku at the regional final for the Global Beefeater MIXLDN Bartender Competition, helping them advance to Canada’s National Beefeater Competition.

Borrowman's modern-London-inspired cocktail, made with both Beefeater Dry and Beefeater 24, with a touch of Earl Grey, is a twist on the Negroni, making it a good sipper for tea time in our world.

The National champions will compete for the global champion title in London the last week of January 2016.

Until then, do try this at home.
