If you like your Caesar cocktail with more oomph and smokiness, this Ardbeg Caesar is for you.
2 tbsp seasoned salt mix, for garnish (your favourite meat rub, cane sugar, smoked paprika, etc.)
1 ½ oz. Ardbeg Ten Years Old whisky
1 splash Tabasco
1 splash Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp freshly grated horseradish
8 to 10 oz. Clamato juice
1 wedge lime
1 sprig fresh herb (thyme or rosemary), to garnish
1 jalapeño pepper, to garnish (optional)
Rim a glass with seasoned salt.
Add whisky, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish. Mix, and add Clamato. Season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with lime wedge, fresh herbs and pepper.
