This smoky cocktail is a great combination of mezcal and bourbon without being too boozy.
Smoked Buffalo cocktail
Rinse chardonnay glass with mezcal, pour into shaker with bourbon and blood orange simple syrup.
Shake and pour over 1 large ice cube.
Garnish with brûléed orange wedge on a rosemary sprig (as a skewer).
