Bar C's Smoked Buffalo cocktail

A refreshing cocktail with a hint of smoke

This smoky cocktail is a great combination of mezcal and bourbon without being too boozy.

Smoked Buffalo cocktail

1/4 oz. mezcal
1 3/4 oz. Buffalo Trace Bourbon
1 oz. blood orange simple syrup
1 wedge brûléed orange, (for garnish)
1 sprig fresh rosemary, (for garnish)

Rinse chardonnay glass with mezcal, pour into shaker with bourbon and blood orange simple syrup.

Shake and pour over 1 large ice cube.

Garnish with brûléed orange wedge on a rosemary sprig (as a skewer).
