The key to this martini is the perfect amount of olive brine, muddling the olives and, of course, the vodka.
2 oz Belvedere Vodka
1/3 oz dry vermouth
1 Sicilian green olive
1/6 oz Sicilian green olive brine
Gently muddle olives in base of mixing glass. Add remaining ingredients and shake hard with ice. Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
