Bitter Queens' Tara Bellini cocktail

It may be fall now, but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy a bellini, right?

Now that it's fall, it feels timely to shift over to pumpkin spice lattes and the like, especially if you live in a central part of Canada. Those lucky Vancouverites, however, have much better luck when it comes to balmy summer-esque weather in October. If you can't beat 'em (temperature-wise), you may as well join 'em by sipping on a delicious bellini made with Odd Society Spirits.

This Thursday, Bitter Queens has partnered up with Odd Society Spirits for a lively bingo hosted by Tara Beladi, the spitfire drag performer that this refreshing, slushy cocktail recipe is inspired by. Tickets for this fun evening event cost $16 and will include a welcome cocktail created by the bartender duo behind Bitter Queens as well as a donation to Rainbow Refugee, an organization that supports individuals seeking refuge in our country due to persecution in their native countries.
