Something out of the blue for Negroni Week! This colourful cocktail is from PrettyUgly bar in Toronto, ON. with the recent launch of its sushi program, the restaurant saw it fitting to choose the charity Surfrider Foundation, a non-profit organization that works to preserve the world's oceans, waves and beaches. The Blue Lagooni is a fun play on the classic cocktail that represents the charity they've chosen to support! 

In order to sell as many Negroni's as possible and maximize donations, PrettyUgly is offering any variation of a Negroni you can think of. If your Negroni doesn't call for Campari, they'll give you a shot of it on the side with $1 from every rendition of the cocktail going to Surfrider.
