1 cup B.C. blueberries, fresh or frozen, thaw if using frozen
1 cup light unsweetened coconut or almond milk
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
2 tsp maple syrup
2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/4 tsp ground turmeric, optional
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
