This spiced rum out of Quebec livens up the classic dark and stormy cocktail with a robust mix of spices, all of which are grown in the province. The spruce sprig garnish adds a little forest freshness, but we don't recommend trying to eat it.
Dark 'N' Stormy
1 1/2 oz. Chic Choc Spiced Rum
2 oz. good quality ginger ale
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1 small sprig of spruce
Fill a Collins glass with ice cubes. Add the rum, ginger ale and lemon juice.
Garnish with the sprig of spruce and serve.
