Easiest blueberry yogurt ice pops

You can't ask for an easier snack or dessert

The ice pops, made with B.C. blueberries, take only a minute to make, and is a great and healthy way to cool down. 

1½ cup B.C. blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 cup Greek yogurt or full fat yogurt
¾ cup pineapple juice
3 tbsp maple syrup

Mix all the ingredients in a blender on high speed until smooth.

Pour into popsicle moulds and freeze until solid.

Yield:
6 to 8 ice pops
