Now that the days are getting longer again, you can enjoy the sunset on a patio with this English Bay cocktail by Justin Taylor, bar manager of Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar. He says that while this cocktail starts out light and refreshing, it ends with a slightly bitter blast from the Campari.
1 1/2 oz. Long Table gin
1 oz. cucumber juice
1 oz. lemon juice
3/4 oz. honey water
1/4 oz. Campari
3 dashes Bittered Sling Lem-Marrakech bitters
Chill the coupe glass.
Add all ingredients to the shaker, minus the Campari.
Add ice and shake for 15 seconds.
Double strain ingredients to the coupe glass.
Drizzle Campari to a layer at the bottom of the glass.
Garnish with cucumber ribbon.
