Fireworks Caesar

For those who like their Caesar extra spicy

Add some fireworks to your everyday with this scorching Caesar made with spicy spirit, tequila, that’s then topped with garlic, jalapeño—remove the seeds if you want to keep the heat down, or leave them in and fire it up—and green onion.

To up the ante on the spice in this Caesar, use a chili pepper–infused spirit in place of the tequila.

Fireworks Caesar

3 dashes hot sauce
salt, to taste
2 grinds black pepper
1/2 jalapeño pepper, keep seeds for extra heat
1 clove garlic, minced

cayenne pepper, to garnish
cooked spicy prawn, to garnish
1 bird's eye chili pepper or other small pepper

In a mixing glass, muddle everything except tequila, Mott’s Clamato and garnishes.

Add the tequila and Mott’s Clamato to mixture, and stir well.

In a small shallow dish, combine celery salt and cayenne pepper, and rim a highball glass with the mixture.
