Hallow Night Spritz cocktail

This Halloween, serve this cocktail, made with Ungava all-Canadian gin. Taking its name from Ungava Bay in northern Quebec, this gin is infused with hand-harvested rare Arctic plants and herbs. 

1 oz Ungava gin
1 oz Aperol
1/2 oz simple syrup
3 oz soda water
3 cherries

Load chilled glass with ice, alcohol, syrup then soda.

Garnish with cherry.

Finish with long straw.
