This grapefruit cocktail, provided by Corby Spirit and Wine for the 2016 Juno Awards, was inspired by Saskatoon's Sheepdogs, whose Future Nostalgia album is nominated for Rock Album of the Year award. It only takes a few ingredients and you can sip on it the entire time you're tuning into the show.
1 oz. Polar Ice
1 oz. Lillet Blanc
2 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
1 wedge grapefruit, for garnish
Combine all ingredients, except garnish, in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake until well-blended, about 5 to 6 seconds.
Fine strain into ice filled rocks glass and garnish with wedge of grapefruit.
