Odd maybe not be the best descriptor of food and drink, but at Kelowna's Krafty Kitchen + Bar, the term refers to the use of Odd Society's spirits in the cocktail, demonstrating the restaurants support of British Columbia's local producers and distilleries. Try it out at home.
1 ½ oz. Odd Society Spirits Wallflower Gin or East Van Vodka
1/2 oz. Odd Society Spirits Bittersweet Vermouth
1 strip orange zest
Add ingredients to mixing glass filled with ice. Stir well.
Double strain into ice filled coupe or martini glass.
Garnish with orange zest.
