This A Love Remembered cocktail by mixologist Jeff Savage is light and refreshing play on the classic Hemingway daiquiri. Citric acid and malic acid replace citrus juices from the traditional version. To see Jeff in action and for an evening of great seasonal fare, join him and chef Jamie Harling on Friday, January 26, at the Deane House for its first Cocktail Dinner, with proceeds of ticket sales going to Puerto Rico hurricane recovery efforts. Tickets are $150.00 per person.

Follow Jeff's journey on Instagram as he competes at the Bacardi Legacy national finals.

Note: citric and malic acid is easily found at health food stores, wine making stores, and most large grocery stores.
