Since so many interesting cocktails have been shaken and stirred at Chambar for two decades, the restaurant is serving up a ton of old favourites to cheers to its milestone birthday. The signature Blue Fig Martini and the Smash & Burn cocktail are two examples of what you can sip on the next time you're popping by.
