Since so many interesting cocktails have been shaken and stirred at Chambar for two decades, the restaurant is serving up a ton of old favourites to cheers to its milestone birthday. The signature Blue Fig Martini and the Smash & Burn cocktail are two examples of what you can sip on the next time you're popping by.

Here, the restaurant has shared their recipe for the Wildfell Hall cocktail. Made with sherry, gin, and citrus, the drink is as bright as summer sunshine—and it's easy to make too.
