While its name may conjure up images of Halloween, the classic Corpse Reviver cocktail is anything but scary.

Vancouver's Gotham Steakhouse & Cocktail Bar likes to put their subtle twist on the famous drink by way of fresh lavender and an aromatic berry liqueur. The result is a drink that's as lovely to sip as it is to gaze at.

If lavender isn't your thing, we think you should open up and allow this cocktail recipe to make you a believer!

Lavender Corpse Reviver

1 oz Beefeater Gin
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz Lillet Blanc
1/4 oz Giffard Crème de Violette

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all ingredients except garnish. Cover and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
