The hotspot in the Entertainment District just came out with a new summer cocktail menu and weekly specials that include $ 6 pints and $ 8 cocktails during Director's Cut hours. If you can't find a spot on the patio, invite some friends over and make this tequila cocktail at home.
1 oz. Cazadores resposado
3/4 oz. Mezcal leyenda mezcal
3/4 oz. fresh pineapple juice
3/4 oz. Chaser pink grapefruit juice
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. agave syrup
2 shiso leaves
1 slice lemon, for garnish
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all ingredients and shake.
Pour into a glass filled with ice, and garnish with a slice of lemon.
