Taking some inspiration from the classic Long Island Iced Tea cocktail, Nice Horse's latest single "Hot Mess", and the definition of the term itself, we've created a delicious cocktail--with actual tea in it--that is summer party ready. The great thing about this iced tea recipe is that it is easily be multiplied, meaning, you can make a pitcher and keep it cool in the fridge until you're ready to pour.
Hot Mess Iced Tea
Build first 6 ingredients in a Rocks or Collins glass filled with ice. Top with cola, stir, garnish with a lemon peel and serve.
(Note: if batch-mixing this cocktail, do not add ice, cola or lemon peel until ready to serve.)
